Guardians is a Texas-based nonprofit organization dedicated to shining light where others hide it.
We empower families, students, veterans, and communities by providing:• public record advocacy
• student and family support services
• civil rights education
• transparency oversight
• community accountability initiatives
• safe and equitable student programs (including Project Graduation)We transform truth into action and reform.

Guardians was born out of real experiences confronting school system failures, retaliation, public record obstacles, and inequities affecting students and families.
Our organization was created so no family would have to fight these battles alone — and so communities could demand truth without fear. -
We provide support in six major areas:

Civil Rights Education
School District Accountability Support
Student & Community Support Programs
Family Advocacy & Empowerment
Veteran & Military Family Services
We also run specialized initiatives like Project Graduation, scholarship access, transition support, mentoring, and senior equity programs.

Yes. Guardians is a legally incorporated nonprofit with governance documents, bylaws, operational policies, and accountability structures that ensure full transparency and ethical operation.
Our IRS 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status is effective as of June 12, 2025, and all contributions directly support our mission and community programs.
